  • The flame on the oil lamp flickered as a cool breeze pushed the fabric hanging in the doorway to one side. The evening air was refreshing to Peter as he watched the sun disappear behind the western wall of the Temple signaling the beginning of the Passover festival. This was a special Wednesday, High Sabbath, which happened to fall right before their weekly Saturday Sabbath.  

  • Black Angus rolled out some amazing specials for the rest of the summer from pre dinner cocktails to the finishing touch of delectable desserts. And you cannot forget the amazing choice cuts of certified Angus beef that it is know for, the backbone of this iconic steakhouse since 1964.

  • Could cowboying possibly be a universal experience around the world?

    The Olaf Wieghorst Museum in El Cajon is featuring a newly opened exhibit of amazing paintings from Siberian artist Valeriy Kagounkin. His artwork suggests that cowboys have lived in other areas of the globe beyond the Old West of the U.S. The museum staged an opening reception for display of Kagounkin’s paintings on the evening of Saturday, July 22.
